We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday, Tuesday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm 
Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm 

Alternate Friday's 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Alternate Saturday's (Surgical Appointment Only) 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We require (3) three full business days notice if an appointment requires to be changed. Changes to your scheduled appointment need to be made directly with the receptionist during business hours.

Direct Billing

As of October 1, 2018 we offer direct billing for most insurance plans.  For your convenience, Debit, Visa, MasterCard or Cash are all acceptable forms of payment.
